Jack Graney, First Baseball Player to Face Babe Ruth & First Major Leaguer to be a Broadcaster.

On this week’s episode, we have a great relic to show you which has an even greater story about the former baseball player who received it in 1953 – Jack Graney – who was not only the first batter to face a pitch thrown by Babe Ruth in 1914 but he’s also the first former major leaguer to become a radio broadcaster in the United States.

So, grab some peanuts and cracker jacks and join us on this episode of History and Relics!
